100% but the problem is there is very little information out there about commercial. I have never found a forum like TBN for commercial real estate.

I really think it is very specific to location/dealership/region etc. In my tractor search I did find multiple dealers who had lots of inventory (not close to me) and some dealers had little or none, especially Kubota had very little in my area, at least the ones I called.

I appreciate the report and I don't doubt it. However, sales are down overall a significant amount from a year ago. It is going to be interesting to watch what happens to this industry over the next year.

Cracking up! I have chickens and those things crap, pound for pound, more than any animal in existence. I think they scan every new area they enter and if there is a spot that hasn't been crapped on they go crap on it.

At one time I was looking for a new RTV and ended up spinning my wheels.

All the ones on the lot and in crates were sold.

So when will you have any available… don’t know?

What would one cost out the door… give me a ballpark so I’m not wasting your time.

I went online to build… can I build one and is that your price?

Really got nowhere so my Suzuki is my RTV and only cost a $1,000 plus a transmission bearing.

I fell into a used RTV900 with 86 hours for $5,500 a few years ago. It's an absolute tank. Tremendous farm asset. In the last couple days I've hauled five loads of dirt, tailgate down, all I could pile on it. It never complained.

Sales may be tanking everywhere in most industries but this doesn't equate to deals in the near future. Labor and all material costs are still heavily inflated and will be for the foreseeable future. It's more likely the prices will stay the same and you'll start to see hiring freezes and layoffs like in the tech, real estate and financial sectors.

You will obviously be in a better position to negotiate on an individual basis vs last year but holding out to buy with the hopes of getting a steal next year is fantasy. Bobcats tractors are assembled down the street from me. When I moved here 3 years ago they were hiring assemblers around 12-13. Now they're starting at 17-19. These higher prices are here to stay.

There have already been layoffs in RE, finance, and tech. Significant layoffs that are being under reported.
