Goes from Cumberland to Frostburg.
We hiked in Cumberland and stayed overnight on our honeymoon in Frostburg back in 1985.Goes from Cumberland to Frostburg.
It's about 30 minutes west of Hancock in Cumberland. The 1309 runs from there up to Frostburg, MD. several times per week. A great place to see it is at the station in Cumberland.WOW!!!
I’m out there all the time. Where is the RR? Hancock area?
Wonder what is gonna be hooked to the 'head end'? Certainly not a rail speeder. I don't believe they have the 'cajonies' to pull that. Maybe a Hi Rail truck?New "Economy Class" rail travel??

The individual carts mostly coast since it's a downhill grade. They also have pedals. The "tender" at the rear can push if necessary.Wonder what is gonna be hooked to the 'head end'? Certainly not a rail speeder. I don't believe they have the 'cajonies' to pull that. Maybe a Hi Rail truck?
