My favorite is Lewis Bayard and the Judge. It's below and it's a minute long.

We used to get a stream of visitors from away every summer (July and August) who wanted me to entertain them and buy lobster and invent things to do that were exciting. They would go to bed at 11PM and get up and 9AM when half the day was gone. We were sunrise to sunset.

One long evening in August the wife and I were struggling to stay awake to entertain at 10PM so I decided to put on some Bert and I records. They were so funny we thought everyone would be in stitches. Well, we were wrong.

The wife and I were hysterical but our guests were starting to doze off. Not even a smile and they turned in early while we stayed up late.

He felt sure he was a target of assignation during the watergate fiasco. He knew just who to talk to. He asked that, if they were going to kill him they allow him to arrange it so his family was not in any danger.

Also loved his (post Watergate conviction) comment that as a convicted felon he was not being able to own any firearms, HOWEVER Mrs. Liddy owned a whole lot of them.
