Canopy angle

   / Canopy angle #11
Just got a canopy for my L3560 and looks like I can angle it up or down. Anyone have any suggestions. Was thinking angle the front slightly up so the rain runs off the back.

If it’s the factory canopy, unless they changed it since I got mine a few years ago there is a half inch gutter all the way around with holes on both ends. It naturally wants to point down and having used mine in the rain many times I only get wet when it rains sideways. My personal opinion is put it on either way and your going to be ok

I like angling it up in front. Like you say, rain won't mostly drain forward that way. An added plus is that you can tell whether a branch will hit it, just go slow and if it clears at first it clears all the way.

If you trailer it frequently, the angle will affect how much force the wind will exert up or down on it regardless of which way you park on the trailer

Years ago I sold 3 canopy's to the same customer in a little over a month !

Can you guess what his wife was thinking.....
