Kubota b3200 & GR 2120
Wondering if anyone has a suggestion for viewing with a rear mounted snow blower. b3200 kubota with a soft cab.
I have an inside wide angle mirror but it doesn't work that well :( Possibly another version would?
But when the wind is blowing along with the blower, it's sometimes a whiteout which makes it hard to see.
I don't really want to put outside mirrors on for several reasons.
I have thought about a rear camera possibly mounted on top of cab but not sure if it would just frost over?

Any input appreciated TIA 🍻

My rear camera does not get obscured while snow blowing, but I still prefer rotating the seat 45 degrees and looking over my shoulder.
If you try a camera, I recommend the wired type. They're more reliable and you have to get power to the camera anyway which is bundled into the video cable.

Can't be much help but I have a hard cab tractor, glass windows, F&R wipers, rear view outside mirrors and F&R cameras. My best chance for snow blowing is if there is no wind. Even then, what comes off the blower can still block my view whether using the cameras or turned around in the seat. Good luck

I have a b3300 and I’m able to turn a good 45 degrees in the seat so I’m not looking 180 degrees backwards. that makes it manageable for me. Do you have a set or remotes on the back? If so a hydraulic chute rotation device could help by directing the blown snow away from the wind so that your visibility improves

I do have an electric chute rotator that I put together :) Maybe my age is becoming a limiting factor (71) on the twisting and looking backwards :(

Where is your camera mounted? And do you have a brand/ model #
Thanks

Turn your body in the seat so your head only has to turn partway.

Wind is harder to "feel" inside. I used open station tractors for years on snow blower. Best option for seeing well is hydraulic deflector, you can point the tip down and keep the snow out of the air to start with.

Front and rear, mounted high on the rear of the cab, and front on the grill guard. I bought an inexpensive Chinese camera monitor set from Amazon like below...

No cab for us yet ...... but we just wait until conditions are favorable. One of the few benefits of our position on the rainbow.

Your age (71) is not a limiting factor, it is a qualification.

You qualify for a front mounted snowblower. They make it much comfortable for the operator.
