New Holland TC33D
The lever to my loader has come apart and I am wondering how I can put it together permanently and correctly. I don't see what keeps it from sliding off the studs. The only thing I can figure it there is a ridge on the back side of the stud that maybe I have to pound that in to get it to stay? I am attaching a picture. The stud that controls the dumping of the loader is longer and I am not worried about that one. I am more worried about the 2 shorter studs that control raising and lowering the bucket.

Maybe they were press fit at one time. You could take them apart, take the pins to your bench and try peening the ends to get them to retain the Heim joints

Are you saying the ball joints are coming off of the studs?

It looks to me that all of that comes apart, one piece at a time. I would remove the bolts securing the three ball joint assemblies from the handle unit. Remove each stud one at a time. slide the respective ball onto each, then spot weld a washer or something similar to the end of the stud so the ball can't come off. Then put them all back together.

A little creative thinking is in order here.
