I have a 2000 Kubota bx1800 with RCK54-22bx deck. My deck is in bad shape There is a mower deck RCK54-23bx for sale locally. From the pics, it looks like I could cut the back brackets and weld my old brackets on the front looks the same. The part number for the front linkage is K5351-44620 on mine. The part number on the RCK54-23bx is K5381-44620 for the front linkage. it comes with the lift arms maybe if I change them on the tractor it will work? If anyone can help Thanks!

Better check on the gear box. It might be made to run at different RPM`s than your original one. I don`t know myself, so maybe that`s something to look into.
If you are handy with a welder, that`s the least of your worries. I`ve modded/changed out mowers from other brands and makes for years, the gear box is the main concern.
