M&Ms to contain WHAT???

Anyone who watched the commercials in the 2nd quarter of the Super Bowl must have seen the M&M (Ma & Ya) commercial and thought "this is going to be the biggest flop since New Coke". CLAMS?? Clams in the new M&Ms? Not even ET would go for that. Would you eat an M&M with clams in it?
This commercial was obviously intended to create controversy and have everyone talking about it but it doesn't seem to have as much of a stir as they anticipated.

I like clams. I like M&Ms. I don't eat much of either, each for completely different reasons.

If they really do plan to do this, I am scratching my head why.

I did a little reading after posting here and it appears they are a bit vague about the meaning; but it has something to do with people complaining about green candies or something like that. I can't keep up with the latest fiascos, mostly because I don't try or care.

The Super Bowl has turned into some sort of Ad showcase along with a bunch of other non-football related hype (the Halftime show).
Some of the ads were entertaining but most were stupid. That long Halftime show is great. It gives us an opportunity to turn off the TV for a full half hour and eat dinner in peace and quiet and still not miss any of the game.

And BTW, maybe not all of the games but the important games are rigged. What all the sheep in this country are watching is exactly what they want you to watch. There's way too much money involved to leave those games to chance. Anyone that doesn't believe that is living under a rock, or a spell.
