.51 inches of rain, really came down and then stopped, one more batch coming in a little while
sure made everything look greener

baking some blueberry cranberry orange muffins.

David, I've really thought about putting a bidet seat in the rv, has an electric outlet down low and I put a full size toilet in just to make sure
I could in future. yes, heated water, adjustably heated water... a must.

Didn’t see a way to order online from Messicks with pickup in person, so I emailed them what I need.

Good (Sunday) morning. Overnight Low was a remarkable 14.8C and it's presently 13.8C, overcast with gentle breeze. It's been raining since midnight and will continue until this evening so I'll check the gauge tomorrow. (The aerodrome reports 10.8mm)

I'm off to Church in a half hour and then the rest of the day is His.

That's about it, take care all.

Took the front grill off the husqvarna mower and removed the hood. Got battery on charger.
Removed plugs and turned blades, then remembered there’s a clutch and I’m not turning the engine. Put plugs back in.
Tried to start it, but it stops dead. Got a feeling the engine is toast.

Turn it by the nut on the front pulley. If not turning pour down wd 40 in the spark plug openings and let it soak and try again
yea, I gotta take some stuff off to get to it. wanted to get battery charging today.

67F and clear @ 21:30, heading down to around 59F for the overnight low.

Reasonably productive day.

Got inside of fan shroud painted, also most of the electric motor:

Will need to flip it over tomorrow once it's dry and hit the other side.

Used some acetone to remove the gray overspray on the fan itself:

Had a visitor come by when I went outside to paint the fan shroud:

Got everything unloaded from the van except for a cast iron extension wing and another piece of sheetmetal.

That hydraulic hose was, in fact, Eaton brand:

No idea exactly how much of it there actually is - probably something less than 50' - but it seems like a pretty fair amount:

Got hole drilled for the strain relief for the cord for the RUN/STOP switch and got cord wired into the VFD.

Also power cord for the VFD and 110v outlet wired up inside, in the junction box:

Still have to run the cord for the 3 phase power from the VFD to the electric motor ... but can't really do that until I finish painting the motor and get it mounted in there so that I know the exact length that it needs to be.

Grape hyacinths - at least the ones that didn't get pruned by the deer - are blooming, along with the forsythia:

And the hosta are coming up:

Woman ran out to Maki House and picked up dinner, even after this morning's disaster with the Snasauge McMuffins at the local MickeyD's.

She be heading over here in a little bit to put the neighbor's dogs to bed.

I'm going to kick back on the couch and maybe catch some of the NBA playoffs.

Hope everyone had a good Saturday ... (y)

Nice work on the saw. You really put in the effort. That saw will be around for a long time. Used to go up to your area for meetings with First Energy and events at the Firestone golf course
