It took the OP from Dec 26 until now, almost 4 months, to decide.

... Guess what machine gets the most hours on it per year? Excavator by far, you find uses that you never dreamed of an it makes life so much easier.

I had a TLB for almost 20 years.

Then I added a cabbed tractor. Then a mini-excavator and sold the TLB.

The tractor is twice as old as the mini-excavator. Yet, the mini-excavator has twice the hours! I would of never guessed!

I'm not surprised if you have to travel with a load the mini-x takes 10x longer.

I am also not a fan of “new” — I miss setting points with a matchbook. SAE sockets…

I use the mini-x for travel as little as possible. It is inded s-l-o-w!
