A guy pulled into the grocery store parking lot in a shiny black ford F-150 Lightning. Nice. All electric. I looked it up when I got home. $61k to almost $100k WOW. It is supposed to tow 10,000 #. We are living in a changing world. I like my battery powered tools.

I can't tell about today. It was cloudy earlier but the sun is trying to come out now. All I know is that the lawn needs mowing. What else is new it is May.

57F hazy sky 10mph + wind.

Busy day...9 hours on the job,hour an half after getting home 2+ cords wood deliver,took deep breath and bottle water started stacking little over half done.

Mrs. grill pork chops taters green beans no doubt about it I ate my fair share.
Pillow time shall come early out door early AM.

Almost no blooms on this dogwood this year.
Next over, spruce I got from coworker down in hay market VA at least 10 yrs ago. It was about 6 ft tall, he didn’t want it but didn’t want to kill it. He hand dug it I hauled it home. The middle 3 are sugar maples from the farm. I have another beside driveway and 3 in back. All dug up out of a flower bed, but notice the difference in leaves. They sure are pretty in the fall. To right is row of white pines I planted about 20 yrs ago. Trunk now a foot at least.

The white pines were planted in 1999, so are 24 yrs old. I have to look at pictures to find when things were done around here. In 2001 it was still film pictures.

edit, found the receipt for buying the trees, 10 white pine for $18, 10 Norway Spruce for $16. Ordered March 1999.

Plans for the week changed, so called the dealer and he said “Today is doable”

farkin thing don’t fit in the shed… when the weight transfer occurs as it gets far enough onto the slab it wedges.

I even attempted a bit of chainsaw carving for clearance but it is not enough, so I will have to sister up the beam and remove the header and install some weather boards on the doors and above on the siding…

The 28” bar meant I could work from the ground but that Makita (Dolmar) 7300 gets heavy working overhead!

Looking good very nice and you are now an expert operator. Won't be long it will be second nature. Just have plenty os space around you to allow for adjustments

my Drone is a DJI Phantom 3 advanced, I have reservations about its ability to keep up with an airplane model, even while it slow flight. Could you come anywhere near the speed of the tiger moth?

My top speed is about 19 meters per second or 42.5 MPH. I'm afraid I don't have the skills to try to keep up with planes. I do have a FPV mode but don't like it as much as the camera tilts with the drone. There is also a sports mode but I stay in normal mode.
