Wife found this one. Don't really need the backhoe though
38 hours on is nice.
Unfortunately it's basically the same size as ours. For the price, I can do better
Atleast she's trying so obviously on board with getting something else

Anyone have knowledge of the new hollan workmaster 40? I don't squat about NH, but the dealer is 10 miles away and only 4 or so from the property. I guess the company has really good customer service also

Unless they changed something, that should basically be a rebranded LS xr 4140 or MT???. Good tractor, NH has better parts pricing than equivalent LS part. Check Messick's for a description.

As Alex above said the Workmaster and Boomer are made by LS for New Holland, and they're solid tractors; the Workmaster being a little more basic than the Boomer. If there is an issue to be had, it would be the same thing you'd expect from LS. That is to say that if there is a problem it's likely to be the ECM, at least from what I've seen on here. Most people never have issue, but if you do, it'll be electrical.

Of course I suppose that could be said of most of the manufacturers these days.

If you can live with a low power-to-weight ration the LS MT225E and New Holland Workmaster 25 are excellent, simple machines too. Also, not that it really matters, but the New Holland blue is sharp.

Abbreviations are funny things, they tend to repeat and get confusing out of context...

I kept trying to figure out why a tractor needed electronic counter measures in the first place. :)

Oh, I'm sorry, it's ECCM, to counter the counter measures.

🤣

We got a MF 1705 over glorified lawn mower we have been using. Worked great but looking at something bigger.

My question is for the class1 3 point. Are the splines universal between all makes and models? I got all the implements I need. Just a little bit bigger tractor. Curious of the output shaft splines.

you might want to think about selling the little toy tractor including all the implements with it..it will bring much more money usually when you do..it might surprise you..and then you wont have a new big asss tractor pulling a little 4 ft mower when it will pull a 6 or 7 foot one..
