It belonged to my Sister in Law who recently passed away, at age 95. She had a friend, a few years back who had a Harley, and she would ride with him some. Other than that, I can't think of any particular association that would have been meaningful. Her husband owned a construction company.

If she died at 95 and road on the back of a Harley only a few years back, she must have been a spunky lady.

it might be custom … no real meaning … from a store where you choose your hat and stitch want you want on it that would be my guess …
