Pet Peeve?

When people get in the passing lane and drive the same speed (illegally) as the people in the right lane. That is the single biggest contributor to road rage, and law enforcement doesn't do jack about it.

The people in mostly BMW and Mercedes that go flying by at warp speed cutting across all 3-4 lanes of the highway and even riding the paved shoulder because they're in a rush.
It is amusing when going at the prevailing speed you catch up to them stuck in a traffic jam. (anywhere around Toronto)
I wave. They might not know they passed me earlier but it amuses me.
It should be like in Germany and some other European countries where the ticketed penalty is geared to your income and not just a flat rate like here. What might cost me $200 will cost a high earner many times that.
