The other side isn't broke/cracked out, so I need to inspect it better to see where I am with that side, if it needs attention, it's going to get the same treatment.

This repaired wheel will allow me to get the job I'm doing now completed and everything back to the house. I'm just glad I had the idea to keep my old centers and have them beefed up.

Let's see, $2200 for a new weaker wheel center, (and three weeks to get it here) OR $180 for a repaired much stronger wheel center. (repaired in one day)

That seems like an easy decision to me!

That's a Great fix Sawyer Rob! Cheaper and it looks to be much stronger also! Way to go.

OK, time to put the wheel back on my tractor and get it back to work. First, I bolted the center on,

then on goes the rim,

Everything bolted up as it should, so time to finish loading my wagon,

and sawing the logs to firewood lengths,

and once loaded, I headed to the splitting area.

Remember, you ain't loaded unless you're overloaded!! lol

I noticed your front tire is a Goodyear. And it looks like it has already had it's good year.

It has Good Year Super Traction radials on it, and they absolutely have "super traction", but they are getting weather checked.

GOOD tires are just so darn expensive, I won't be changing these out anytime soon, unless I have to.
