A "view shed" is realtor speak for "views", comes from words like watershed...sometimes a view shed can be legally protected, more often, not. Most of the area around us is protected view shed. (No building, no development)

Not a fan of the term personally...

I81 goes from Winchester to Bristol. Most people when they say "81 corridor" means roughly around Staunton area. We're about 45 minutes from 81.
