Online reward systems or reward systems of any kind. Grocery chain around me stopped sending out hard copies of printed coupons now you have to go to your online account which I don't have and manually select e-coupons before going to store. Than when checking out have to bring coupons up on your phone that I despise using and let the check out lady scan them from your phone so I've been told. I have rarely frequented store since this was implemented a few months ago.

Salt and vinegar chips. The smell sickens me, kids are forbidden from eating them in my presence. If that makes me sound like a hard ass to others so be it lol

I love those! Unfortunately, I always have a sore mouth after eating them.

An oldie: Medicare Advantage insurance ads. Thankfully I haven’t seen Joe Namath this year. Maybe he is back to modeling pantyhose. 😖😬
Imagine how relevant they are to us in Kanuckistan. And they repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat...
So many times I just have to change the channel and watch something else.

Similar today. I made a rare trip to Harbor Freight. The tool cart I wanted was ‘on sale’ for $99. At checkout it was $129. The clerk said “oh that’s the member price”. Uh, ok. What does it take to be a member? $29 a year he replied. I politely said no thanks and made for the exit.

I am an Amazon member which I pay about $130/year. To me that’s well worth it for the ad free Prime Video content. That’s less than Netflix. The free shipping thing is just a bonus.

Here's a pet peeve of mine for cripes sake slow down and move over. Consider it a friendly but tragic reminder.
It's state law here but people still don't do it. I had to get towed twice this year because of breakdowns. The wrecker operator had some close calls he told about; like two cars running over his chain which was next to the truck.

Then there's Massachusetts where you can drive in the breakdown lane... I've always wondered where you go when you break down.

Posting items for sale, that have ALL the info in the add, and then having responses to the adds asking for answers to the very same info already posted, because they didn,t take the extra 20 seconds to read the complete add. Also, committing to buying the item in the add, and then not showing up, or letting you know that they changed their mind. If I am buying something, my word means a lot to me, if I commit, I,ll be there, or let you know well ahead of time that I cann,t make it. Amazing that everyone is on their phones 24/7, but aren,t polite enough to send you a quik message that they changed their mind. Kinda a sign of the times.

I've cut way back on my visits to Harbor Freight since they only do e-coupons now. Not gonna buy a smartphone just so I can save $10 on a tool I don't really need or to get a free flashlight.
Supermarket chain here has some specials in their weekly flyer that you need to have an account, go online and "reserve" the items, then enter a phone # at the checkout to get the advertised sale price. Sometimes some good deals, but more trouble than it's worth for me. No other chains less than an hour away.
