It’s pretty quiet, as it’s far from the main house. I can hear a distant rumble. Sometimes I have to stop and think…whats that sound.

Been meaning to look up conditions Out East.... I have kin in NS, and expect they got hit with that same system.
Wishing all out your way smooth gen running, and plenty of fuel on-hand..... sweating thru a heat-wave is one-thing, survival of more than just plumbing in real Winter conditions is Another Thing....

I don't know how (other) people here are so negative to our power company. I heard today that there's over 1100 tree with lineman crews working this storm. That's more than the terrible ice storm of 1998.

I’m not sure what Chinese he’ll hole is selling those kits, but that series generator doesn’t use a fuel filter, hose and clamps.
I bet the oil filter is just a empty can, but it looks like it originated from this company
