They conducted two studies that show that EVs are as safe as gas powered cars, and may even be safer when it comes to injury claims."

Partly to do with the fact that EVs are on average driven less than ICEs. Cars tend to be pretty safe when they are parked in the driveway.

Instances of Electric Vehicle catching fire and posing a fire hazard if the battery shorts out have been reported. Gas powered vehicles pose the same fire risks.

Homes here up to about 1927 have detached garages due to hazard concerns.

Late 1927 there was a change and the first single family with attached garages came to be but were required to be full plaster with a sand like stucco inside to cover the wood framing.

A big difference with Lithium fires according to our Fire Chief is they basically burn as conventional fire fighting ineffective.

China pays people to work. The US is currently paying people not to work.

If motor vehicles could be shut off by the government there would not be a need for high speed Police pursuits.

I really wanted for y'all to see that if an electric car has been in
an accident don't touch it you can get your battery over charged!
They are really dangerous vehicles! I have read about some big
pile ups on the hyway and if they were all electric cars nobody
could touch them they would have to wait fo;r the electric company
guys with the proper equipment to get them out of the cars!
