Sold Case-IH Magnum 270, now looking for replacement

Is the seat bottom in front looking bad? It seems to me that I noticed the seat and tires first of all skimming the pics.

Yeah the tires are no doubt.
I sat in the seat and it felt comfy from what I remember. I think that’s normal wear after 9K hours. Much better than the Magnum seat

We haven't seen a cab seat that will go much past 4-5000 hours without needing the seat bottom being replaced.

Looked at it Friday morning. I like it a lot. Needs a rear tire and a front tire. Seller offered to take some off off for that.
I think I’m going to proceed with it.

Looks like I have a new tractor to pull the large square baler.

That’s the hope. Just need ~150 hours a year from it and all should be good, but you never know with used equipment.
