Can you figure out who the 0.7ac property in back belongs to? You mentioned foreign-owned; at 0.7ac and being in FL far from them, perhaps they'd be interested in selling it. If you're interested in the main property I'd look into that possibility before purchasing to get an idea of their willingness and otherwise at least a look into their plans for it.
I have the info, and may look into it down the road, however, i would prefer to do that as a cash only move, down the road.

Well, that house I posted looks to finally have sold at $299,000 as it's listed as "pending". I'm just sincerely curious if it was sold at $299K. Driving back from church last night, had to stop and take this picture. THIS is what would really drive me bat ***** crazy LOL. Actually went around back, that would have been a no go right away for my wife and I.

For the life of me, can't figure out why they kept these stairs...

Then, low and behold, on the way to church yesterday morning, this house came up not to far from us. Asked my wife how much she thought, she gave up and I guessed 400K. I was surprised I was a actually a little high from what I'm seeing.

It's actually a modular home that went up. We remember when the land was bought auctioned off and they put the house together on the land.

After our deal for 13.6 acres fell through, and the guy countered with 10.0 and the home; I do see they fixed up the listing with mich more detail (not more pictures), playing up the wildlife, hunting, sheds, water softener, ect that they didn't mention in original ad

We drive by this house to church every Sunday. The did a major overhaul on remodeling the place and went up for sale.

My wife guessed 250K when the for sale sign went up, I said most likely around 350K. I was pretty much on the nose. Couple months later, price is now at 299K. Issue in our opinion options on where to park any cars.

Wife said this had to be a pic of the back of the house. I said I think it's the front. Last night coming back from a church group by myself, I decided to measure the distance from the road to the house. To the double doors on the right (where I pulled in) to the white line off the road, would you believe it's about 13 yards from the white line off the road?

Right up from the middle and high school for multiple rural areas, lots of traffic on that road due to the school.

Remember when we bought our home 20 years ago and the amount of places we thought we were interested in looking for a home and land real estate website optimization. It's amazing how realtors only show you the positive per a photo. Like you never see your neighbors who are 10 yards to your left and right.

Sooner or later we're downsizing since it's just me and wife now, just starting to keep my eyes open and not wait until the last minute LOL

You're being thorough in your assessment of the property, which is great. The distance from the road and parking situation are definitely important factors to consider, especially with traffic from the school. It's true that photos often highlight the best parts of a home, but it's the little details like these that can make a big difference in your decision. Starting to look now for when you're ready to downsize is a smart move—gives you time to find the right place without feeling rushed.

Well, the guy did get back to me per the go fund me page.

They are building in the same spot because they prayed on it and that's where God told them to rebuild.

It’s crazy how photos can be so misleading in real estate! They rarely show the full picture, like how close the neighbors are or parking options. I've recently dealt with Local Home Buyers https://www.pissedconsumer.com/local-home-buyers/RT-F.html but I didn't notice anything weird. Maybe not all real estate agents work the same.

"Flipper White"

/ Online real estate pictures #98
One owner home in the neighborhood was bought by a flipper… it was well taken care of and original throughout.

The flipper painted everything white including the doors, ripped out the carpets and refinished the floors adding tiles and white grey swirl counters and painted the tub and bath tiles white, etc…

Outside removed the trees and covered all in mulch with no barrier.

Repainted exterior gray and both fireplace bricks inside and out dark grey.

They open offers Tuesday.

Several have told me they want to modernize and do a white make over just like the open house.

Flippers didn’t spend anytime on the garage…

I'm looking at land again, might do a land swap, sell one and buy another. I'm finding a lot of drone only shots for land, which shows a nice view from above the trees, but there is no view from the ground.

Realtor I asked to put an offer in for me, tried to slip in a 4% buyers contract that I can only buy thru her, or I still have to pay 4% if I use someone else. Not signing that.
That is all from the lawsuit against Realtor Association and MLS. You just can't assume that the listing broker has a listing that will allow them to co-op with the buyers agent and split the commission. Buying or selling you now have to address the subject of commission up front with everyone.
