I'm going out on a limb and say that it sounds like the OP is not AC savvy. It may be time to have someone look at it for you and at least verify things are put together as they should be.
you were blowing pressure valves prior, I don't believe you did it wrong at all, you have a major obstruction somewhere.I agree it kinda seems like something is backwards with how different the low and high side pressures are but there is really know way to hook up anything backwards besides the wiring. The expansion valve has an arrow on it for direction of flow and each side of fitting is two different sizes. The high and low side lines feeding the pump are different sizes and can only be mounted one way. The dryer can only be mounted one way as well.
