I have a third function installed on my Kioti 3510 using the flat-faced skid steer connectors.
I can never get it connected without completely unscrewing all of the connectors and releasing pressure on both the tractor side and the attachment side.
I never have this problem with my rear...
Have a tc40d that up until this year had no problems picking up a round bale. Now it won't but my 3pt will, but not high enough to off load from trailer. What might be the issue with the front end ?
For those of you who have not seen my earlier posts I bought an old used Yanmar. It was supposedly just run out of fuel and the guy couldn't get it started again. Well, nothing is ever that simple. I found out the guy probably burned up the starter trying to start it, so I had to go on a small...
I need a new deck on my trailer. I have a sawmill but do not have any white oak logs long enough to serve the purpose. BUT, if white oak is going to be that much better than pressure treated wood I will find one.
So my question is: What is better white oak deck boards with the oil/diesel...
I have a mid 2000s Kubota R520s that I bought used and is kind of a clunker. Since I’ve owned it, hydraulic fluid overflows out of the brake fluid reservoir while operating it after a short period of time. The LST oil pressure light stays on during operation and despite that, the tractor still...
I can pick up the one you guys see all over the place for just under 3k new. I have ready nothing good about them. Have you actually used one? I can also get a used Karcher a few years old for 3k with only 18 hours on it. Typically I would go for new but not thinking so after what I have been...
I have a Kubota M5700. I also have a Bradco 11MD2 3 point hitch attached backhoe unit. Everything works well with it except the main boom. I can't seem to get it to pick up the main boom unless I'm helping lift it. I'm wondering if it's a lack of hydraulic pressure from my tractor. The type of...
I purchased the below kit, Any tips? I was reading though old threads and people were saying how they need to Remove the FEL and the Backhoe as well as the rear rim. I am looking at it and I don't believe any of that is needed unless I am looking at the wrong port in the rear...
I have a Simpson pressure washer and a couple of months ago I changed the oil in the pump and it had water contamination. I used it a couple of times changed it again and milky again. I used it a couple of more times and it looked OK through the sight glass. Two days ago I was using it and I...
Is it possible to design a pressure release on a work port from a solenoid valve? Many times when trying to release or connect our grapple there is too much pressure in the lines to get the quick connects to release. In my mind I picture some some sort of release pathway that can be triggered...
I was mowing near house when motor suddenly dies. Oil pressure light and battery light on dash comes on. Motor started right away, battery seems very strong, but motor stopped a couple times on way to shed. It would be an exaggeration to say I know anything about electrics but trying to...
I have a flail mower with a a hydraulic side adjustment. I recently realized the cylinder is leaking (at first it was user error, i had the hydraulic lines pointed down so they just leaked out of the ends). But even after I corrected this it kept leaking out in the garage, now I am convinced the...
Hello to all,
What would cause the rodents to want to go in btw the wires! I have heard of ants being attracted to the area around the contacts bc of the electrical field. Is this the same w rodents?
At least it was prob fast...did not impede pump as is. Went to increase the pressure some re...
On my rear tires (14.9- 24 R4) only has about 50% of the thread in contact with the ground. The instructions on the tires only say to not exceed 38 psi and the pressure is presently at 20 psi. The tires have rimgaurd in them and only 120 hrs on them. Even with a 6 ft Woods box scraper on the 3...
I have a 2016 Kawasaki mule that will not start and the oil lite is blinking, did a little research and the oil pressure switches do go bad and cause a rank no start like I have .
So I ordered a new one and they are different where the wire hooks on the old one hade a spade where the wire hooked...
I just rebuilt one (of three) hydraulic motors. Had a small leak where the shaft comes out at the bottom. (this is on a hydraulically powered flexwing 15' mower)
Got things back together, cuts much nicer. Plumbed in a single pressure gauge (no time for the other two yet) The breakaway PSI...
Hi,
I have some questions around a three point linkage sprayer. It's around 40 years old and was on the property when I bought it and I suspect it was set up for spraying grape vines. It has a Bertolini pump 31L / 9galUS at max pressure and 10 nozzles @ 50cm/20" on 2 booms. The pressure...
I have a BlackMax Honda powered power washer; I replaced the entire pump assembly two years ago. The other day the housing that the garden hose threads (inlet tube) onto broke off. I ordered a replacement; it took me about an hour with a pipe wrench to get the old one off/out. Installation of...
I was tending to my birds this morning, filling up a duckling *ahem* kiddie pool for the young ducks & geese, and I noted in passing that while I had a decent (but not impressive) amount of water flowing, there wasn't much pressure. Oh well.
Luckily my next morning chore spot was letting out my...
Posting this is a couple places.
Made up a simple pressure gauge to check relief setting on my B21. A simple T fitting with 5000 psi gauge and a QC coupler on each end.
It does work and show pressure, indicating about 1800 when the relief actuates. About what I expected and will, unless...
I bought a slightly used belt driven commercial pressure washer around 25 years ago and lived for many years with it's way too small wheels, lousy "handlebar" and no reel for the high pressure hose!
Made few modifications over the years and really like the way it works now, especially when...
Changing the hydraulic filter and its super tight stuck. Is there a way to relieve any checked/holding ? pressure on this circuit if there is any? Is there a way to park it without the hydraulic system locking?
Tried a spanner wrench and it stripped the only tooth I could get it onto. Going...
I have a Woods BH7500-1 on a Kubota L3600, the problem I am having is that the backhoe will not hold hydraulic pressure. If I raise the boom it quickly falls, if I put down my outriggers and raise the back of my tractor off the ground , the outriggers immediately lose pressure, I have removed...
Yanmar ym3810d and 336d. I built one engine out of the two. New Rings and rod bearings new gaskets seals did valve job on head. Ive done probably a hundred different overhauls but never a 3 cylinder yanmar. My problem is no oil pressure. I'am hoping someone here may know what could cause this...
Hey everyone , does anyone have loader pressure specs for the 573 ?
I’ve lifted a full skid of concrete and could barely curl it but it did. While getting water today I only had 225 gallons and it was struggling to curl that roughly 2k. I need to check the reliefs and see if a nut was left...
I (currently) only plan to use it a few times a year, and wonder if I would have less issues/ not having to worry about something happening to the diesel/kerosene fuel, or burners possibly clogging from the fuel just sitting. Even if I did try to drain the fuel after each use, I am sure there...
Hello forum
2009 Mahindra 2816 3. Cylinder Mitsubishi diesel
Hydraulic fluid pressure builds up after using the bucket. When this happens I release the pressure by pulling out the dipstick tube under the seat. I can hear and see the fluid pressure release like a volcano.
Is there air getting...
Hello, so I am at a loss. My tractors ac pressure (high/low) won’t equalize when charging. Low side goes up to 80-90psi while high side hovers around 50-80psi but won’t take any more freon. All proper steps have been taken per the service manual to evacuate and charge system. I have replaced...
Hi I got a Kubota B 7510 hst when I start it the oil pressure light stay on for 2 second it is possible that the oil pressure valve at the base of the oil filter is defect .
I have a YM165 tractor with 1050 hours.
The oil pressure idiot light started staying on longer after starting so I finally hooked a gauge to see what it really was.
I have 25 PSI / 60 PSI cold engine (1000 rpm / 2200 rpm)
When up to full temperature I have 5 PSI / 15 PSI
Yeah, not good...
I'm attempting to help my neighbor with a 7820. He changed fuel filters during routine maintenance, started engine & backed out of his shop. Engine stopped operating & low fuel pressure code appeared on instrument panel. He has checked to be sure fuel tank is venting, fuel filter is sealing...
What are your method for this? I took my grapple off one cold snowy night. Today it's about 20 degrees warmer and the sun is beating down: the fluid had expanded enough so that I had to crack the lines (loosen the QA) to let fluid bleed out.
Has anybody found a better way to relieve excess...
Hooked up the backhoe attachment on my Mahindra 1538L tractor today. It worked just fine for a minute or two, just long enough to begin to position it for the mechanical connection. Before I got it lined up to put the pins in, I lost all hydraulic pressure to the backhoe. I’ve verified fluid...
Wanted to check hydraulic pressure on Kubota B21.
Thinking to build a test gauge rig that will plug into the Back Hoe circuit at the supply quick connect. Basically a T fitting, pressure gauge and the appropriate quick connects. Unplug the BH supply, plug this in and the BH into it. That is...
Ive been reading here and on the internet that some owners turn up their hydraulic pressure on their 2520s been thinking about doing that any of you owners had done this? I check mine and its 2475psi thinking about going to 2700 will I break something or blow seals out with 200 more psi
thanks
Hi all,
I have a 2007 3820i with a BL20A FEL.
Does anyone know the recommended hydraulic pressure setting.
I think mine is off and new to adjust.
Thanks
So both warning lamps came on at same time. Shut off and restart, lamps are off. After a few minutes, they both come back on. No change in performance, but too worried to keep going. Anyone else had this happen? Possible causes?
I'm almost done getting the must-do's complete after moving into my new construction home. The water service to the house was a mix of me doing it myself and the plumbers tying into it. I have a 3/4" meter directly into a 3/4" regulator being serviced by a main that according to the water...
New to me B2150. Going thru everything as a few things were neglected by previous owner. Oil pressure light doesn’t come on with key. Pulled dash hoping it was bulb, but bulb confirmed good. Sending unit or something else? Are they a generic item or Kubota only part? Appreciate any thoughts!
Anyone know what the correct tire pressure is supposed to be for a Mahindra 4035?
I will be honest that I haven't been checking the pressure too often . . . and I can't find it listed either on the tractor or in the Owner's Manual.
I can see the 'do not exceed' pressures on the tires . . . I...
I have a new Kubota MX5400 that is used strictly for mowing an airstrip with a Woods RD990X finishing mower. There is no loader on the front and no fluid in the tires as I wanted to keep it as light as possible since it is only used for mowing on dry, level turf. It has turf tires, 305?R343's...
