Belly Mower

We attached tye deck mower for the season. My height adjustment, not the detail knob, to the right of tge seat wont raise or lower the deck. There is a knob under the seat that sets the under body that will not turn at all either. Any suggestions.

Zxvyb6 knob won’t turn at all, I feel this is the height adjustment for the female pto under the tractor body. This is the knob to fine tune the height as the mower deck attached to the pto

It would help to tell us what kind of tractor. Most mid mount mowers are tied into the 3 point for the lift but not all. Is your 3 point going up and down?

2017 1025 John Deere. Three point is not going up/down. Although the mower deck does turn on when i engage the pull/push control

The knob the controls the rate of drop of the 3 point sounds stuck to me. You need to get it to move.

Thanks dodge man. Is this something pair of vise grips would do ? Didn’t want to force anything.

If that knob won’t turn I’d use something to get it to turn, vice grip would work.

Break-out your favorite spray lube and give it good wash-down and soak first. Part of owning a tractor is maintenance throughout the entire year. Not just when you need it.
