yea i got that part wrong I will remove itOh yes, they do. It clearly states, "with the unaided eye". The only exception is eyeglasses. This is from the CBO rules if you're flying under the exception (44809). It also states your "observer must be co-located"--Not a half mile away with a radio.
Drones can only fly under two areas of the law. You either have a pilot's license under Part 107 or you fly under the 44809 Exception for Limited Recreational flying AND have a TRUST Certificate. Either way, your drone must be registered and have the Remote ID activated if it leaves the ground.
The law may also save you from threats of someone shooting down your drone. The drone is now considered by the FAA as aircraft. Shooting it down carries the same recourse of law as shooting down a passenger jet.![]()

I have considered a replacement battery, but I only use it in my shop working on my cars where I can plug it in. I have the Macbook for portable use, which I can use for 2 days before it needs to be recharged.@IXLR8 Have you considered a replacement battery? I usually need one or two for my windows machines over their lifetimes.
All the best,
Peter
