I have, it is. When I went there a few years back there was a few pieces of property for sale particularly around whitefish point/ and Newberry.

We might try walk a property near Rousseau over the weekend. The reason we are looking for a 40 acre property with terrain that's reasonably close to here is to create some XC trails and have them open to the public..

Yes, we have been caring for Boundary Roads Trail's for 10 or so years so its time to let them fly on there own. This new property would be its replacement AND a camp in the woods for us to hang at. Lots less restrictions on trails.

We've been there several times, too. Really nice area, lots of hiking, etc.
