It's a matter of what you get accustomed to using. I have tried to like the Kubota pedal configuration but don't like it. I prefer TYM, RK, pedals that are side by side. Plant your heel in one spot and only slight movement with the front end of your foot.

Kubota would sell more tractors if they didn't have that

See now that don't work for those of us with small feet. I have to lift my foot way up to reach the other pedal. On the treadle just slide it back an inch.
I have one of each, prefer the treadle for tight loader work or on steep slopes. Like nose down into a 5' deep ditch to clear debris. The 2 petal work better for moving bales or transporting loads a longer distance.

Just for the record. I'm on my third Kubota HST and absolutely love the treadle pedal - wouldn't want anything else. However, I am glad Kubota moved the brake pedal to the left on my 2650 - never could use split breaks with the HST pedal and brakes both on the right. Admittedly since newer tractors all have power steering the split brakes aren't as necessary as in the olden days.

Only treadle pedal I have is on the F20 mower. Everything else is multi range gear drive.

With treadle not possible to be forward and reverse at the same time…
I have big boots and when the Deere 110 isn’t moving it’s because I’m stomped down on forward and reverse pedals at the same time.
