Bush Hog 2715 Batwing not turning blade even though PTO is turning

I have a Bush Hog 2715 mower and when I raise the batwing, the blades turn. When I lower it, one of them isn't turning even though it was mowing last week just fine.

Any thoughts on what I should do? Is it the slip clutch that may need to be tightened or replaced?

Based on the noise it's making, I would say that the clutch is trashed and hopefully just needs new discs.

Do all of the blades stop turning or just the one? Are there individual slip clutches for each blade?

Friction disc is worn and/or glazed, try tightening the springs but be sure they are all the same height when done.
