I've had some mighty dangerous high-horsepower vehicles in my day, but even I would want a seatback on that stool. :D
No thanks, i already had a skull base fracture 2 years ago by falling from a freakin bicycle.
When we built our buggy 15 years ago after my mate got his right hand paralyzed after a car crash, we made it crash safe. Colleagues at the time said, after showing the pictures "what do you want, derby it and bash straight through standard vehicles?" I said no, just knowing we will be safe in the worst case scenario"

This was at original 90hp setting. Later we turned that CAV pump open as far as we could, but i think anything beyond 120hp was just smoke.

Nonetheless we knew with that 1-3/4" construction tube truss siderail, helmet, and a 5 point seatbelt, we would walk away from any crash with mere bruises.

I do find it interesting that you used english measurements there...

I could have said 42.4x2.65 but its easier for me to translate, than for you.. 😉

Perhaps its 1-1/4 because with English measurements you never know when to take OD or ID..

Actually, English measurements are obsolete because Great Britain uses Metric... 🤔🤣

I broke a rib this summer, pretending I was still a teenager, while being towed way too fast behind a boat in the keys. Slowed me down for a few weeks, but I'll still climb aboard.

Someday, someone's going to be viewing my corpse, and thinking "man... that dude lived!"

I'm a little surprised by your shoes. Obviously people actually do wear clogs there? I thought it
was an old timey thing that had passed into history.
(no judgement - I heard they were comfortable)

They get expensive now production numbers drop. Payd 36,50 euro today. 10 times more expensive than when i was a kid, but off course i grew a few sizes.

But for example street pavers, people who lay paving bricks, they all wear them because they dont bend and squeeze off your toes when youre working on your knees all day.

For me, i need orthopedic soles, or i can walk on wood. I like walking on wood, it gives great support. I just hold the heels against the belt sander a bit so they roll easier. Like Nike did with running shoes at the turn of the century.
