No thanks, i already had a skull base fracture 2 years ago by falling from a freakin bicycle.I've had some mighty dangerous high-horsepower vehicles in my day, but even I would want a seatback on that stool.![]()
When we built our buggy 15 years ago after my mate got his right hand paralyzed after a car crash, we made it crash safe. Colleagues at the time said, after showing the pictures "what do you want, derby it and bash straight through standard vehicles?" I said no, just knowing we will be safe in the worst case scenario"
This was at original 90hp setting. Later we turned that CAV pump open as far as we could, but i think anything beyond 120hp was just smoke.
Nonetheless we knew with that 1-3/4" construction tube truss siderail, helmet, and a 5 point seatbelt, we would walk away from any crash with mere bruises.
