It makes sense to me that there could be a world time. In that it is the exact same time everywhere on the planet. There is no offset, + or -, from GMT. Swatch tried this but it didn't sell too well. Now that practically everyone uses cellphones, it might be ready for a re-introduction.

I'm sure it has been said before, but for me the upcoming time change is a major pet peeve.

I remember years ago(prior to 2006) we didn't change the time. Man those were the good old days.

PA has been doing it since 1970, so I don't ever remember a summer when it wasn't light until past 9pm.

I was 16 living in PA when they made that change....... it was weird. Still hard to get used to it every year. It's just unnatural.
