For buppies; chip spreader and dump truck laid down and still attached. We use 3 axle dump trucks with 20,000 lb steer axles.

putting up new curtains in bedroom. Got 2 done, the ones in the dormers need a block behind the bracket to move it out in front of the pull down shade, so I cut some 1/2" oak plywood blocks and stained them. waiting for them to dry. Also stained 4 pieces of door trim that has been sitting in the garage for years, they go on a door opening upstairs.

Slice of homemade apple pie with ice cream was good.

Phil, you wouldn’t care for me as a neighbor. Raking leaves comes just behind shoveling snow. Except as a kid raking a pile to play in, figured God put them there for a reason. Willing to run over them with a mower, but not rake.
Here a bit different - palm fronds and the mower doesn't do well. They also fall year round.

This is this years leaf pile so far. Still have some trees holding onto their leaves. I do not rake leaves. If it can’t be done with Trac-Vac it stay where it is.

The truck was back at work when the back up/spare spreader showed up 2 days later. He only bent the mirror.

So sorry to hear about your wife’s car breaking down ! Those kind of things can make life frustrating! Hopefully an easy resolution to the repair !
