Woods vs LandPride Finish Mower

Woods has a higher-rated gearbox, so that probably accounts for some/most of the weight difference. Both units use the same thickness deck material.

hey, would possibly know if Land Pride or some other make gearbox can be used as replacement for a Woods rd series (rd8400) finish mower gearbox? thanks

I do a lot of mowing on my place, pretty much every 2 weeks through October
I have a 2004 Land Pride, and a 2022 Coroni. Both do a good job, though I don’t let grass get much over 10-12 inches.

If money was no obstacle, I would have a new Woods, I really think they are the best, but out of my equipment budget
