We have Sunocos all over the place in my area. Only about 30 miles from Paulsboro, NJ refinery.
I used to like the “Ultra 94” with no ethanol.
That’s gone and replaced with “Ultra 93” and pretty sure it has ethanol.

Any opinions on the new 2025 Ram 1500 with the standard hurricane inline 6cly.with twin turbos?I currently have a 2022 Ram 1500 with the 5.7 hemi.Thinking about trading up to a 2025.

Mines a '19 Ram 1500 with the hemi, I'm going to stick with it. Twin turbos gives you twin cost when they go down, more moving parts, my 2 cents worth. When they start getting that much HP and torque out of a 6 cylinder, you're working it. I'd sooner have an 8 that's lazing around rather than a 6 that's working hard most of the time. Just my opinion.

I can’t wait for the 2025 Ram 4500/5500. We are supposed to get a ZF-8 “super” automatic transmission and some other upgrades.

What makes it 'super"?
Mine in my Ram is a ZF8 (not super) and it's described as a great transmission, BWM, Audi, Benz and a bunch of others use it.. I'm not overly impressed with it, seems to lug a lot, the lock up torque converter is rough or hiccup is a better description when it disengages when coming from a coast to a mild acceleration. It could very well be the Ram software and not a fault of the transmission I suppose. I've been back to the dealer a couple times right after I got it and I get the 'It's normal, go away" .
I'm considering changing the fluid with 85KMS on it now and going with Valvoline MaxLife which is approved for the ZF8 and is a lot better priced that $30 a liter for the ZF fluid.

Careful there. There are a wide range of ZF8's out there, and they are far from equal. I have a ZF 8HP-70 in my Ram 5.7L Hemi, but the 8HP-90 in my SRT 392. Both 8-speed transmissions made by ZF, but as alike as comparing an F150 to an F350.

I bought my Taco Wagon (2018 Ram HD 2500 Power Wagon) in 2018 because that is what I wanted. That new Ram looks great but just not what I want.

NOW - if they put a diesel in a future Power Wagon - I might consider an upgrade.

Yes, mine has a hiccup. As to precisely when it happens or what causes it, I haven't nailed that down, yet. It doesn't happen often, maybe a half dozen to a dozen times in the 7 years I've owned it, but it is weird.

If you say "mild" acceleration is when it happens, that might explain why I've rarely seen it. I don't drive that truck particularly fast, in fact I think most others drive too fast when not in a car designed for handling, but I'm a bit of a lead foot off the line in any vehicle.

We also have a Durango R/T, which I think also has an 8HP-70. It gives you this weird kick in the ass when decelerating to a stop in Sport mode. Very unpleasant, makes you feel like the car is trying to rear-end the vehicle stopped in front of you. But it only does that in Sport mode, it's well-behaved in standard mode. It's like they're trying to do nicely-programmed downshifts, but didn't get the timing/accelerator compensation right.

The 8HP-90 has neither of these behaviors, it is a truly sublime transmission, especially in sport or track modes.

Not a surprise. With compression (or boost), always comes a requirement for higher octane, to avoid pre-detonation.

But even the old 5.7L "recommends" mid-grade. I don't remember the cutoff, whether it's 89 or 91, as most of our stations just have one or the other, so I always just select the middle grade. But either way, Ram doesn't recommend regular 87 octane in the 5.7L. The difference is that the 5.7L will still run fine on 87 octane, but the manual states the ECM will adjust around it, and performance will not be "optimal". This likely means adjusting timing according to knock sensor, but not my area of expertise to really know.

Most of our stations here are 87 regular, 93 premium, and then one in-between, whether that be 89 or 91. A few stations (Wawa & Sunoco) have 4 grades, but you end up paying across the board for that, as inventorying 4 costs them more than inventorying 3 grades. So if running the HO, you might end up buying 93 Premium, at stations only stocking 87/89/93.

edit: According to Google, Ram 5.7L "requires" 89 octane. I'm pretty sure the paper manual sitting in my glove box says 'recommends". Either way, not buying regular 87, for either.

Why? Is the "old" truck falling apart? Rusting away?? or Money burning a hole in your pockets?

I still want at least 6 more years out of my 2009 Toyota Tacoma, 185,000 miles and I've disliked the interior of the truck since forever and it gets crappy gas mileage, 16.5 mpg.

You can't take the money with ya' so why not spend it?

Trucks are so over priced, I just can't waste it like that... That's my 2 cents dollars!

The HO version requires 91 octane.
A drawback to consider

That's cool, and probably explains why I see so many new grades and variants popping up, at Wawa in particular.

When I worked at a gas station in HS, we had five underground tanks, for "Regular", "Plus" and "Premium", as well as diesel and kero. Eliminating the Plus product, and achieving it by mixing regular and premium, would free up an existing tank for another product (eg. bio diesel), in addition permitting both 89 and 91, instead of either/or.
