As for prostate, the cure is HOT. As in cayenne hot.
One study, as conducted by the American Association for Cancer Research, reports capsaicin is able to kill prostate cancer cells by forcing them to undergo "apoptosis" or self-termination without harming any health cells around them.
Can Cayenne Pepper Cure Cancer

Hot can be fun too. I only use the original version.

I will have nightmares imagining how you apply that stuff!! Do you use a finger or just stick the entire bottle......

I just gonna go somewhere and sit.... and not think about it.

RSKY.....shaking his head and trying not to think.

I was put on Flomax and it did help for a while but after it didn't seam to help anymore, then my doc said let's try cialis 5mg daily. It does help and the side effects are not bad either. I am interested in the saw palmetto I will have to check in on it.

Number of years ago, my wife made an appointment for me to go to her (female) doctor as I'd not been in many years. She sets it up, I drag my feet....but go.

(and I've told this before so if you've read it, apologies for stealing 2 more minutes of your life!)

Side comment, the nurse with the doctor was one of those "most beautiful faces I've ever seen in my life" Not really that dramatic but she was stunning.

I/we get done....great. Doc then throws a gown at me and says disrobe and put this on. My mind is racing to the conclusion that this is going to be the first prostate exam I've had. I'm pretty anxious.... they leave. I change.

They come back in. Tell me to lean over the bench and assume the position.....

I oblige. During her checkup, I turned around and said "you know.... anytime I take a gal out on a first date, I take her to dinner.....the least you could have done is have some wine & cheese for me"

On a more serious note..... lose your modesty.... none of these folks care. You got nothing they've not seen/dealt with before.

Years ago, first meeting with a new lady Dr. She enters the little room and asks if her lady Resident can observe. I had no problem with it. So, we talk a little and then she says, "here is a gown, we will step out and you can change into it, let us know when you are ready". I asked why they were stepping out since they would both see me undressed when they reenter. So, they go out, I change and they come back in. Do an exam including the finger up the ----. Then we sit again, and she take my blood pressure, she pumps the machine and takes it again. She turns to me and tells me my blood pressure is a little high. I told her "What do you expect? I am in a small room with two pretty ladies who asked me to take my clothes off." The Dr broke a smile and the Resident did not know how to react.

Something similar to above, go to see the doc for my annual, been my doc since teen. Anyway, he asks if I'd mind if his daughter would be able to observe and participate in the exam as she's in med school. Kinda weird, to say the least!

Been on Flomax 10 years now. Same here no digital exams done anymore, they rely on PSA levels then straight to MRI. This was my case last year.

Sorry for the Ops issues, hope you get better soon.

I have a few nurses in town I'm embarrassed to see in public. They assisted with procedures holding ..... while the doc was working on ........

Don't be. It's nothing that they haven't seen a bunch of times before.

All the best, Peter
