Mahindra 3510
I have a Mahindra 3510 with a ML108H front end loader on it. The little picture on the loader control valve shows that it has a float function if you push the lever forward all the way.. mine won’t allow me to push it all the way. It’ll only go as far as dropping the loader. There’s no extension that would push it into float “mode” per se. Does anybody have any insight on how to get my loader float function to work?

It will click forward in a detent mode and stay there
It may take a stronger push to do this, also I would pull up the lever boot and lubricant the linkages on the valve assembly

Right. I know it’s different brands but the John Deere I use at work does the same thing. You push it forward and it’ll somewhat click in and stay there. I have pushed forward with some decent pressure and it doesn’t want to move any further past the bucket drop position.

The float assembly on the valve can fill with crud Depending on age of machine and how the valve is mounted. I believe some and maybe most valves have a drain hole in the cover over the centering spring and detent assembly. If this accessible possibly try spaying some penetrating lube in the drain hole to see if that loosens the detent assembly up.

If cable operated from joystick to valve confirm the cables are adjusted properly allowing detent operation.

Well, I believe it’s a 2004 so if it’s been sitting outside for most of his life, I would assume that could be an option. I will have to take a look into that a little bit.

Does anybody have a manual for the Mahindra ML108H front loader? I was curious to see if there was an exploded view of the control valve for the loader

I have complete manual but it has ML112 Loader. Not a ML108H

Mine is Nimco 10373-2s (CV 112)

What is it you're looking to see? Maybe I've come across it?
