Looking for inexpensive AW46 - Hydraulic Oil

@Sawyer Rob Nice, I bet you have fun with that.

My Great uncle had a D9. Not the biggest Track vehicle Ive ever driven, but it was a lot of fun.
He was in the hospital not expecting to make it, and his wife asked him what he wished he had done. He said he always wanted a dozer, so he got one when he got out. He used to clear trees on his property. He lived a few more years after that. He was retired Air Force. Great guy, I miss him. Very kind person.

@Gord Baker - Maybe, but I like to learn and do things.

I find enjoyment in working on old cars, trucks, figured I get my own tractor.
I will probably screw up my driveway a few times before I get it to where I like it as well, but I will have fun doing it.

I will share some pictures when I get to that point. Give you guys something good to talk about. LOL

"I can't believe...." Well you're looking at it....

I’ve been using hydraulic oil 46 for my equipment, and it’s been solid. Their Traveller AW46 is about the cheapest you’ll find without sacrificing quality, and it meets a bunch of industry standards.

What industry standards? The only industry standard I know of for trans/hydraulic oil only tracks viscosity and flash point. I don't believe there are industry standards for all the other things that are measured on motor oils for example.

See section 23 and 75 to start, then follow links and tables as appropriate.

I use tractor supply travellers AW46 in a rig. No issues. It’s a good deal when they put it on sale

Remember…..the OP wants the cheapest chit. He doesn’t care, because he bought a cheap tired piece of chit…
You and I would like better than cheap….he DON’T CARE!!
Wow that's helpful.

I won't use it, cheap or not.

I dug DEEP into THEIR specs, and the fine print said, "not for heavy duty hydraulic use". What does THAT mean? When am I using my hydraulics "heavy duty"?

I'll just pay a bit more and use better oil, so I don't have to worry/think about that line!
