2022 Bronco sport review

We used to do that too, but I don’t miss manual locking hubs at all.

Having to pull them apart is grease them with a really lightweight grease and if you forgot to turn in it was almost always below zero and you were trying to turn them to lock them in. I’ve had five 4wd since my late seventies truck with locking hubs and very little issues and definitely less work than manual hubs and especially if you include the spindle bearings on those old 4x4s.
My 2007 has auto locking hubs, but a manual transfer case shifter. That is my preference.

you said it doesn't cut it, it absolutely does. High speed overlanding, I wouldn't be in a jeep either.

I also been offroading for as long as you as well.and usually above 8k, I've seen more issues with overpowered rigs, then underpowered, prolly 10 to 1

mud, sand, dunes, yea my answer might change a bit, but the v6's of today put out what old v8's did

Yes, it doesn't cut. I have used it both ways and the V8 is worlds better in every way possible.

Regearing does nothing to change the ground clearance or the approach angles. :ROFLMAO:
you must be slowing down, we were talking about power geese:rolleyes:

I am pretty sure everything that has been said here is an opinion. We both have our own opinions, but you are the only one who can't seem to understand we are both entitled to them.

Then why did you quote and respond to this post where I was discussing clearance an approach angles and you commented the regearing changes that??? I think you lost yourself.

you didn't use your turn signal... I'll just pretend I'm psychic
lol, I really don't remember. But I usually always do.
Seriously, it was a little unsettling having the truck control my driving.

if you don't use the turn signal and try to leave the lane the computer thinks your drifting, if you put the turn signal on, it disable the lane assist till it reacquires the new lines

Jeeps already have great clearance and approach angles. 40+ years of being a professional off road driver makes me laugh at all of the weekenders who think they need to jack up their rigs to ridiculous heights.
