Well, I work on stuff. A lot of stuff. I stumble my way through. As I looked at this I knew it had to have seals on both sides of the piston because of the rod/cylinder arrangement. Got it. You ever been hot, nasty, frustrated and just need to step back? Happened to me.

Essentially, that is a 5000 series Ford copy

The Ford 5610 has different tie rod ends arrangement. I think I could modify one to work if need be. Probably would be a good idea. The Ford cylinder is readily available at a reasonable price

What are you waiting for from Amazon? You have the seal kit and have it apart?

Okay, understand. I noticed you were looking for a 56/6610 cylinder. Glad you found the problem and q solution. That cylinder doesn't look to be built very stout.

I think the 5610 cylinder would be a simple install unless I am missing something. I think I have found one close by to measure. Those seal installation tools were best $16 I ever spent.

Just a side note on this thread. Got the cylinder back together. If you spring for the cheap installation tool they are like razors around all the edges of the stamped parts. Wear gloves so you don’t shed blood like I did. They do make the work easier but not simple. I went ahead and ordered new tie rod ends as mine were worn and sloppy. Sourced them at Diamond R. Ordered them at 11:12 am Saturday and a shipping label was created at 11:37 am. Can’t beat that. Highly recommend.
