Question. I notice the my ag couplers are leaking on my grapples and at my loader. I've cleaned them up before and tested and didn't se a leak but by the end of a long day running the tractor I am seeing leaks in both locations. Is the heat or the work I am putting them through causing the leak or is it time for some new couplers?

There is an O-ring in the female half of the coupling that can be replaced to stop external leaks.

Do you happen to know the size o-ring. I believe I have 1/2 ISO couplers?

The o-ring inside female hyd coupler should be easily obtained at a hyd repair business.

Thanks. I have a pretty big o-ring kit and thought I might find a replacement in there. Of course, the o-ring might not be made of the right material for this application

You can try these:

For 1/2" ISO 5675 "AG" style couplers:
Size = 117
Durometer = 70A
Material = Buna N

Thanks. Do you know what they would be for 3/8 couplers? I found out that my other ones are that size.

Sorry, I have only checked 1/4" and 1/2" ISO 5675 "AG" style so far.

Not sure what your particular Kioti might use, but many of the Korean tractors use ISO 7241 "A" series.

If you have cheap calipers, o-rings are easy to measure.

Thanks. It's a DK6010SE. And i do have some calipers so I will check. Was hoping to get them ordered without having to take the couplers off but if that is my only option I will do that. I also reached out to the dealer to see if they could tell me but they only replace the entire coupler
