About 8hrs on new tires and tubes and one tube burst. 28 x 8.50 x 15 R4 industrial tires. Apparently cannot handle the front loader weight.
We wire brushed and cleaned entire wheel to make sure no burrs. So now looking for heavy duty tube and/or no-flat product that will handle the weight.

Also- For decent price/condition, I'd consider buying new front wheels as well.

Tips, products, vendors?

My Hy-Run tubes DISSOLVED when I tried to fix a burst seem with 'rubber cement' and a blowout patch.. Try a different brand. Carlisle has worked well for me. Yes, welded wheels intended to be used with tubeless tires often have weld flash that will puncture a tube. I mark the position of the tire and tube when I get thorn punctures so I can I.D. the source.

Recently I had to buy some inner tubes for ancient trailer wheels that were all rusted and was amazed that I couldn't find any made here in the USA that would not quickly disintegrate. EVERY one I looked at on line said "Made in China" and most were brands I had never heard of. Finally came across some Firestone tubes that were supposedly made in USA. This is what I found when I pulled one out of the package:

Did the tube blow out or did the tire blow out.

As far as stop leaks I have been pleased with the performance of this brand;

I found a pic I took of the tube I took out of it. It had been in the tires for about 10 years or more. One was even patched once and put back in.

I ordered two replacements to be here by the end of the week. My tire guy couldn't get them right now, so Amz* to the rescue!

Wow! If the ones I just installed last at least 10 years I'll be a happy man!

Tube. Tires are new

Carlisle Trac Chief 28/8.50-15 C

The tubes are supposed to have valves designed for fluid/ballast.

The stuff you linked is preventative to stop punctures, right? How many are needed for the tire tubes?

Translation: "How much of the stuff do you put in a tube?"
So 28x8.50-15 would be 28 x 8.50 = 238 / 4 = 59.5 or about 60 oz.
