The Mahindra 2126 could be a tractor that would work well for me. But I saw some user videos that said this model has many quality issues. Of course, the dealer videos say its fantastic. I do have a dealer nearby that's been in business for a long time and I think would provide good service.

Any 2126 owners out there?

Wondering if I should take a look at the 2126 or avoid it.

I can't comment on quality issues but also think of parts availability.

Are Mahindra owners having lots of troubles with parts and service?

Absolutely no more than any other make/model these days. I'd shop TYM, RK and LS too if you haven't.

Mahindra tractors used to be made by TYM and may still have many of the equivalent parts available. TYM makes a number tractors for different brands. Their own brand seems to fall short on creature comforts though.

I would certainly visit the dealer's service and parts department before making a final choice. Some may be nothing more than a closet. Make sure they stock common items like filters and other wear/maintenance parts.

Some of your assertions are rather outlandish if you think any tractor dealership would have a “closet” for parts storage. Ours is over a 1000 sq feet and still does not guarantee we would have all parts necessary to fix 8 models of tractors. Your other assertion that TYM makes Mahindra tractors also needs clarification. Only a certain line were made by TYM. (25 and 26 series) and Mahindra no longer has any affiliation withTYM.
Mitsubishi makes their 1600 series while the revamped 5000 series is a quite up to date tractor with modern conveniences made in India
Being a Mahindra dealer and seeing what I’m seeing, the 1100 and 2100 series have too many growing pains currently. Nothing major but annoying enough to inconvenience customers of having to take a tractor back to the shop to replace leaking fittings or gasket failures.
The actual drivetrains remain rock solid however.
Mahindra has been notified by more than one dealer of these annoyances and we’re beginning to get clarity.
