I Thought I Could Smell a Mouse

In an affluent California neighborhood the upscale market was closed due to mice… this time of year seems to always be peak mouse season.

As poison is now prohibited the store remains shuttered without an opening date.

The limited poison exemptions do not apply to grocery stores.

I've bought a LOT of snap traps this year. Rat traps AND mouse traps. The staples come out. The bait trigger is missing. It's really strange. We have some really strong and tough rodents all of a sudden.

I have an electric mouse trap that is supposed to zap them when they go for the food. I think the mice just use it to recharge their phones.
