Am I reading that correctly, is that wiper fluid? I assume for the ballast. My quote has bio fluid (beet juice) and subframe install $1,635.00.

Yes, I assume so. I didn't buy that tractor or buy from that dealer. What is the subframe for? Are you ordering a backhoe with it?

If the extra $ isn't a big deal, I would move to the 4060. The 4060 is physically a larger tractor than the 3560 is, it's not just more HP.

Absolutely. A 6’ rotary cutter sticks out there and is a bit much for a small tractor when lifted on the 3ph. And 30 pto hp is the absolute minimum for a 6’ cutter.

What is the subframe for? Are you ordering a backhoe with it?

Yes that was the original intent. Used backhoes in this area are hard to come buy.
