What is some of your Pet Peeve's

Public speakers make me want to vomit. Even on national news, the commentator throws in a 'uhh' or an 'ah' every third word. They're supposed to be professional speakers, but they sound like amatuers. Makes me want to just change channels - which is exactly uhhhh what I do.

My next gripe is those public speakers that read thier statements in 3 word groups. They'll throw out 3 words, pause, and then send 3 more. Do they think we the public can't mentally handle more than 3 words at a time?

sometimes this is just a method of pausing to choose words. Obama was the master of this, he won two elections on mostly being a very good public speaker who chose his words very carefully, but remember his speech pattern…

Until he didn't have a teleprompter. He sounded dumber than a brick.

I liked your post Mr. Jstpssng, not because I like the lug nuts. I would have given it 25 "Unlikes" in total agreement with you if the option was available!

I recently twisted up one of those lug nut covers on my Jeep...and 2 hours later, finally got the rim off! (And then had to buy a new stud!)

They are a pain for sure. So far I've lucked out as I don't use an impact on my wheel nuts when changing them. They even make 1/2 size sockets now specifically for them it's so bad.
