Jinma 504c Good deal?

I'm planning to buy a Jinma 504 4x4 tractor. Any opinions on the brand or the tractor?
I have seen that there are many threads where they talk about them

Having owned a FarmPro /Jinma 2420 for 20 years I'll say what it really is. It's a homeowner level tractor that requires you to be handy. Repairs are not available usually unless the dealer stays in business locally (which most don't) and that also requires parts availability too. I used the Affordable guy in Texas or wherever he was to source technical advice and parts. He was usually helpful enough to figure out things and fix them. The key to these chinese tractors IMO is less use. Instead of machine you would put 1000 hours on you want to count on using it 1/10 that. Or 100 hours instead. These are not built to a high quality standard. I found that I had to take both metric wrenches and standard size wrenches over to it when working on it. You never knew which bolt size it would be. That's chinese quality. Yeah, it did the job for us cutting grass so I won't complain about it and it did the job. The key was keeping up on it for problems and ordering parts on a Monday for Friday delivery so I could get back up to the tractor location and be able to fix it for weekend use as I was working full time and this was a farm at a remote location about 50 miles away. A few times a year I would run it in the evening and that required a good alternator too and some aux lights to see at dusk.

Your money, your call. Use it less and it'll be fine. Use it a lot and make sure parts are available for it. And service if not handy.

Long story short, it's a tractor for someone who doesn't need a tractor.

On the small village where my other propriety is located, there used to be a retired guy that did a lot of costumer work with his Lovol 354, probably came from the same place as this Jinma. Brush cutting, not mowing lawns but actual brush, tilling work, etc.

He bought it new and put well above 3000 trouble free hours on that tractor, before he got some heart complications and had to slow down. He had zero complains about that tractor. Just regular maintenance and kept going.
