Tire Sealant for Slow Leak

It will not work in loaded tires though.
Correct, but neither will most other "sealers" there is a sealer that does, but I don't remember which it is ... OP didn't state they have loaded tires...

Watching. I have one rear tire and one front tire that leaks down.

HawkinsHollow, before I'd fill them with leak stop I'd jack up the axle, deflate tire, break down the bead and clean mating surfaces of bead of tire and rim.
It's quite easy to sideswipe a stump or big block of wood and run a splinter of wood between tire and rim if the air pressure is too low.
I had to do that a few times years ago with loaded tires, not fun.

Here is the sealer that works in liquid ballast filled tires ... HYDRO 1500 ™ 5 Gallon | MULTI SEAL

But first, I'd get a spray bottle of soapy water and see where it's leaking, or drive it into a deep puddle of water to narrow it down first ... Tread puncture? Rim compromise/damage? Valve stem?

Both great pieces of advice! Thanks!

I find that slime has a tendency to run off after a while parked and leak down. This stuff seems permanent on slow leaks:
TireJect Tire Sealant: Off-Road Tire Protection
I use TireJect in my zero turn and in my Polaris SxS. It really works. I have not had good results with Slime and no longer use it.

Quick story- I was mowing near some old wood and didn't realize that I ran over a nail with the front tire. I saw some strange looking blue thing on the ground. Upon examination, I realized the blue was a puddle of TireJect from the tire. It still holds air, even months later. I have not had to add air nor fix the puncture. TireJect for the win!.
