When the last car on a train blocks a crossing for a couple of hours, when the head end is over 500 feet from the next crossing.

And it's still sitting there a day later.

Oh man, I could list a hundred pet peeves without even trying. One of mine is when people leave a mess in a shared space and expect someone else to clean it up. It’s the same frustration you see popping up when reading ticketmaster reviews — the same complaints surface again and again, but nothing ever really changes. It’s funny how universal those little annoyances can be.

When someone leaves an empty ice cream box in the fridge. Like… why??
Only one reason, to annoy someone......

Growing up, our family dog was a golden lab / German shephard mix that my parents adopted from the ASPCA shelter. Mom was adicted to Breyer's vanilla fudge icecream, and so there was basically always a half gallon container of that in the freezer.

We must've gone through more than a container per week of that horrid icecream in summer, and every last one of them went onto the floor for the dog to lick clean. I guess my parents didn't know chocolate was bad for dogs... and apparently, neither did the dog.

Despite being massively overweight, that huge dog lived until age 18, when my mom finally had to have it put down due to bad arthritis in her hips. Go figure!

As a kid Neapolitan ice cream was always in the fridge.
The house dog was a Chihuahua cross, aboot 12lbs. He loved ice cream. When the box was empty it was laid flat on the ground and he licked it to factory clean, the chocolate section and all. By the time morning came you never knew which room in the house he had licked it to.
He made it to 16.
