Good evening all. Got sidetracked on looking for an old photo, so no catch up today, was fun looking at them.
58ºF for the start, clear sky, light breeze. Light wind, clouds increased to partly cloudy and high temp was 85ºF. Made coffee to start day, Men's Meeting, bike ride, town trip, groceries, and lunch. Got nap, dinner with group and looking for pic.

New Dr pleased with Sophie’s eye, continue drops and see regular Doc in Dec.

Got my desiel filled, still don’t like the new cans with the built in filters. May take them out.

And then late this afternoon

This showed up. Actually about a week late.
Not sure how I’m going to adjust joining you guys with a climate controlled cab, but I’ll try.

Now to learn new stuff

Coffee is brewing. 34° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 63° with lots of sun. Yesterday's rain got us .01" of rain. Neighbor want to know if I wanted to go with him to Cabela's in Dundee MI. Of course it did. Haven't been there since I sold my boat. Then we stopped at TSC across the road. Had a nice lunch while out. When I got home another neighbor needed some large rock moved. Got some seat time. Grocery shopping this morning. Then back to yesterday's projects.
Doves are not happy I covered pond with nets.

Good Tractor Morning,
Ct, 42 to start going to 53. Looks to be considerably cooler today.

Today is a work day, I’m not sure for how long. If I get out early enough we will make the 176 mile trek to our Vermont home , if not we will go in the morning. I would prefer to go tonite, usually no traffic to speak of on a Thursday night.

I suspect it's a 2005'ish model

I took the radiant thermostat off and looked in that hole with an endoscope to locate the spare, measured the distance with the endoscope cable.

Paul, I would have figured you would have a scope, silly me Nice work !

Well I got my cables, both for the Yaesu FT891 and my Icomm 7610 or my IC7300. I plan on getting together with our club VP, Dave Tipping NZ1J some time next week and he will help me with getting both WinLink and the FT8 software
Installed and running. I will try and keep you updated.

Brrrr 41 out right now, coldest morning so far
enjoying my coffee, plan on starting final cleanup of rv before winterization.
Need to go check on my motor oil supply, the Motorcraft semisyn spec'd for the V10.
Need enough to change oil again, it's been almost a year since I got back from big trip.

Dennis, why are your rv doors rotting? When I open mine, usually after washing, I find water pooled in
the low spots. I wonder if the water caught in there is wicking up ends of doors. I'll make sure I open them all
today and wipe down the seals. Early fiberglass boats had same issues, water wicked up into core. Is the outside
that stuff called Azdel?

slept well, will be a busy day. On top of washing rv carefully, I have about ten mums to plant. Somewhere; haven't figured out
where yet. They are too big for my power drill with auger so it means digging with shovel. They have all flowered and aren't doing much,
no sense letting them die which I think most folks do with seasonal mums. Just have to plant them. Not so simple with rocky soil...

Scott if you are going to use the FT891 you will need a external soundcard device possibly a Signal Link or a DigiRig as this radio does not have one builtin like your 2 Icoms.

Good morning TBN crew. Near 40 here this am and predicted to hit 60 today. Rain forecasted over the weekend was reduced so we will be heading to camp and do more trail (logging roads) clearing. Got lots of mundane little jobs doing yesterday.

BEF, it looks like someone is going to be buying a bridge.

It was a police escorted oversized load with a pilot car to measure height. Word on the street is the load was about a foot higher than what was on the load permit. Was a crane being hauled.

Drew, think bad seal job from the factory and also water getting in around the locks themselves, no caulk around the locks. Just poorly built doors from the rv industry.
