You're probably right, at least long-term. I guess if they give more people access to the hobby, it's a great thing, and maybe they'll graduate to better dedicated options later on.No serious woodworker or hobbyist would ever consider that machine IMHO
I think the only real flaw with the machinery itself, issues of work flow aside, was that they used a lot of aluminum castings. So the older and better/heavier models still around today often suffer from fasteners and levers that have been frozen in place from galvanic corrosion.
